For the monthly rental we have to add that the rental excludes usage costs such as water and electricity all of which has to be paid by the tenant as the rate is so heavily discounted.

- Daily maid service for 6 days. Should you require an additional day it is at your expense and to be negotiated with the maid, her name is Ta (Eye in the Thai language)
- Towels, sheets and shower gel, shampoo gel and soap for your arrival.
- Electricity is included in the daily rate but please be CAREFUL to turn the air conditioning off the during the day and when you leave the apartment. In the tropical climate, if it is left running all day it might well break down and then you will have the inconvenience of no air conditioning until it is fixed. Given the unit is high on a hill, there is a lovely breeze that flows through the apartment during the day and we have found only a requirement for air conditioning for sleeping during the night.
